Pros
Very little pros. Pay is competitive but is salary at the General Manager position and you may be expected to work 7 days a week. Even on your days off you are working from home, having meetings or answering the phone all day.
Cons
High turnover, little to no training, bonus' available to those that know how to "work" the system. Absolutely no home/work balance. PTO is offered but never really available to take.
