Great place to work. Ownership/management seem to really care about the employees and customers. Great environment, competitive benefits and salaries. One of the better employers I've had in my work career.

Don't really have anything negative to say about Southern Green. Like I said in Pros, ownership/management seem to really care about the employees and customers.

Pay salary between 550-900 each week. But you have to kill it in the field. It's not easy, it is door to door but not like some of the others I've tried where you get in a van with a bunch of people and go out. It's pretty independent, and as long as you are making sales they leave you alone.

Turnover is high. Like most sales places.
