      Hybrid Schedule 2 days in office and 3 days work from home

      Cons

      pay is inadequate for the amount of work. Instead of supporting one organization we now have to support 4 but no raise. Removed bonus for lower positions

      -very welcoming team who never hesitated to help me -lots of activities to let interns get to know each other -opportunities to go out into the field

      -very small team, and not as much interaction with other offices as I preferred
