      Great people to work with, A lot of growth and potential to move up

      Cons

      Pay is based on geographic factors. Most employees live in small rural areas with more experience in banking then the big city executives. The pay desperation is more than laughable.

      Pros

      This company is all about supporting communities that deserve an opportunity at building wealth. And it’s not all talk. They actually do the work. Which is refreshing for a bank to think this way from the top down.

      Cons

      They are growing, which includes a lot of growing pains. Some things are a little antiquated. Some ruins move a little slower than our competitors.
