NONE!! Terrible atmosphere of negativity and hopelessness.

Cons

Worst place I have ever worked - employees are treated like a cross between three year old children and plantation slaves - do yourself a favor, don't even apply.

Co-workers (most of them anyway) and being a part of helping people

Cons

Everything. Management has no respect for anyone under them. They like to pile a bunch of stuff on you without giving you a raise. They hire people in the same position as you making more. Also no communication whatsoever.
