Might be the best leadership I've ever worked for. Open, honest and fair with all the decisions that are made, even when they are tough ones. Pay and time off are both relatively good. Work-life balance has been great.
Cons
Small company means limited resources. And sometimes you have to work outside normal hours but that's the nature of the job.
