The correct team is now leading this beautiful property. They are teaching the Staff what excellent looks like from a 5 star perspective. They are holding others accountable and making sure we continue support each other

Turnover. There were some managers and staff not in the correct positions. Most of the less seasoned staff really did not understand what 5 star service looks like so there was a good bit of turnover from the opening teams through the first 2 years.

Beautiful property and great concept

Everything else. Shady CEO, pay discrepancies almost weekly, no praise for good jobs done, loyal employees who care too much and try to make things right for the team get threatened to shut their mouths, management are just people with no skills and fancy titles. No one has any power except that evil CEO.
