      Pros

      Fair culture. Senior leadership was great, Receptive to some change and supportive of change initiatives

      Cons

      Executive leadership was spotty. Most of the executive leadership was supportive and open to change. Unfortunately this was a small bank at one time and had the "good ol boy" mentality and protected the good ol boys.

      Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
