These values are reinforced by key behaviors promoted and lived throughout the company. There is a mutual respect between leadership and the team because of the inherent trust for self-accountability. Sourceree does not micromanages their team members but gives them flexibility to work hard and play hard. They offer flex time for great work/life balance as well as generous PTO. They prioritize family over profit, and the CEO is extremely approachable. I have worked for many companies over Tony 25+ year career, and Sourceree is at the top. So glad I made the decision to join the team.

This isn’t particularly a negative, but since operations are primarily split between Johnstown, PA and Washington, DC, there are infrequent opportunities for the entire team to connect.

Tech-forward Flexible work Decent salaries

Management doesn't communicate well and prefers quantity over quality. They're bottom-line focused and forget that actual people with actual needs outside of the office work for them. They're also unaware of basic HR policies and will mislead you. A lot of their employee perks don't qualify if you work on client site.
