New technologies utilized for the infrastructure.
Cons
No workflow in the processes followed by the team. You can do whatever you want, but when something is broken, every blame will be on you. They will not allow leaves even if you have valid reason.(even unpaid leaves) You will find a hard time to reach out to some colleagues since every one is busy. No proper onboarding especially on how things work. Only 15 leaves(VL and SL combined)
