My time at Sourcefuse Technologies was one of the most traumatic and unprofessional experiences of my entire career. • Abuse & Harassment: I was subjected to repeated verbal abuse, intimidation, and constant mental harassment. The environment is extremely toxic, and there are zero mechanisms for employee safety or escalation. Despite raising issues multiple times, HR remained completely silent. • Sexal Harassment Allegations Ignored: I witnessed and experienced uncomfortable and inappropriate behavior from team members. When these were reported, the company chose to ignore complaints completely. They have no PoSH policy enforcement and no ICC intervention. • Sudden and Illegal Termination: Without any warning or notice, I was removed from projects and forcibly terminated, with no explanation, no documentation, and zero professionalism. This was after delivering months of successful work. • Retaliatory Background Verification: Shockingly, after removing me, the company ran a second background verification months later, clearly indicating malicious intent and misuse of internal systems for vendetta. • Ignored Communication: I sent multiple emails after termination requesting basic clarification and documentation. None of them were answered for over a month. They treat ex-employees with complete disregard and hostility. • Toxic & Unsafe Work Environment: There is rampant favoritism, no leadership accountability, and a culture of silencing employees instead of addressing issues.
