President is a good person. The rest have show their true colors when something goes there way. It’s too bad people try to do something to better themselves and are basically treated as if they never existed.

Lack of a true Leader. Leaders lead, they don’t break people down when things go wrong. If your the face of the company people can’t be scared to talk to you with the fear of being ripped apart. That is the problem with this place. They take pride in being a strong Christian company and mouthing the words I have your back, you are appreciated but this is not shown in the actions. People who worked at SourceCut have left after 3-5 years to try and better themselves and their family, which is one of the “bosses” strong beliefs.. 3 things in order, god family then job yet when people leave to better one of those three things they are immediately ousted. No thanks for your efforts , good luck, thanks for the countless hours, Saturday’s, Sunday’s, missed family gatherings to help us make money. Pretty petty and rather unprofessional. The President is a great person and a leader the others claim to be but true colors shine when something doesn’t go their way.

The engineering staff conducted itself with professionalism. There was a cooperative spirit among the workers.

There was virtually no organizational leadership. There was a distasteful exploitation of workers from temporary employment agencies.
