Pros
The first year was a great learning phase. I gained strong technical exposure, worked on meaningful projects, and developed important problem-solving and professional skills. The environment was supportive initially and helped me build a solid foundation in my career.
Cons
Over time, growth opportunities became limited, and career progression slowed down. There was a lack of clarity around roles and future prospects. Performance evaluations often did not feel transparent or consistent, and partiality was noticeable in some cases. Even after consistently meeting targets and delivering expected results, performance reviews were frequently negative, which felt discouraging and unfair. Feedback was not always constructive, making it difficult to understand how to improve. Work pressure increased, support reduced, and daily work became increasingly stressful, affecting motivation and overall job satisfaction.
