Work with some great people, get to meet some celebrities, and work with some wonderful sound engineers. You get the potential to learn a lot about sound design and the sound industry.
Cons
Terrible work culture, gossip is believed as truth, you also work with some terrible people (specifically one person in upper management), hard work is not rewarded, favoritism and backdoor deals run the place, you're underpaid, unprofessional work place
