Great wages and benefits. Close knit family environment. The doctors and management really care about us as individuals.

It is not a con as much but we had previous employees who didn't think they needed to follow rules and policies and it made the work environment uncomfortable and unfair. They are all gone now.

You can build decent relationships with some doctors

Toxic culture. Micromanagement is insane. They basically use teams to berate each other. The “intern joke of a ceo” was even screen sharing during a meeting and making fun of a fellow employee. They’re mandating scheduled hour changes without employee consent or discussions. The benefits are abysmal. Basically run from this place. They allow petty toxic mean girl culture and nothing will ever change.
