Hi and thank you so much for taking the time to write this response. Please know we take these reviews and feedback incredibly seriously, and are able to take actions in the right direction because of them. I’m thrilled to hear you’ve experienced SoulCycle to be a positive, uplifting work environment, and I agree we have amazingly diverse and fun-loving staff with lots of room for career growth. As you described, we’re absolutely growing and expanding and with this, comes some growing pains. The great thing about SoulCycle is that we are constantly learning and improving. With our expansion we’re focusing on ways to keep SoulCycle a wonderful place to work. In regards to salaries we just rolled out a new comp structure for full-time studio positions. With more people comes new issues and opportunities, and I love (and agree) about the idea of having some resources for new mothers (I have a 4-year old myself). We will investigate this immediately. We’re also working on hiring more staff and recently expanded our recruiting team for this specific reason. We know with growth comes great internal responsibility and learning.
