It is my great honor to have the opportunity to work with such talented and dedicated professionals at Soukup Strategic Solutions. I have the good fortune to learn new things every day from the employees I work with and the clients we serve. Serving as president of this company is rewarding in so many ways. If I won the lottery today, I would still work here tomorrow.

As with any position, there are parts of the job that I don't enjoy, and these are usually the things I'm not very good at but that I need to do because we are a small company. While there are times when I have to accomplish tasks I don't enjoy, I just push on through and get them done because the joy and satisfaction I get from accomplishing our mission far outweighs any negatives that the job entails.

I cannot think of a single reason to work for this company.

McDonald's has better employee benefits and less employee turnover. The owner acts as though her employees need her more than she needs them. The most communication you'll receive from her will be snarky comments and tantrums. She's not open to change, in any capacity, even if it's for the better.
