Great clients, CEO, employees, and environment. The mission of the company is amazing and the work we do allows employees to be partake in community work. It has allowed me to be more involved in my local community, but also to support non-profits across the country.

The work is rigorous, but very rewarding.

The President and management really care about each person, welcome creativity, and lead by example. Everyone is incredibly supportive and helpful, which has been the source of my success with the company. Several things worth pointing out are: Soukup Strategic Solutions is a high energy, fast-paced environment with exposure to multiple types of projects. I’ve met some of the most talented people working here. Projects are interesting and diverse which add to professional development. Being exposed to so many nonprofit organizations that positively impact so many communities, is inspiring. Many of the projects are very rewarding and meaningful. The company cares about your career and where you want to grow. Continuous learning is strongly encouraged. The President is very engaged with the team, always wanting to get feedback on how we did and ideas on how we can improve. Co-workers go out of their way to support one another, and managers will take time out of their day to help you if needed. Soukup Strategic Solutions does fun and interesting things to make you feel a valued part of the team such as celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries.

You need to be tech savvy as there are a variety of software programs, all of which must be quickly learned.
