Pros
Clients were amazing to work with and almost always sweet.
Cons
They went from a good company to an awful one. Laid off employees in 3 states because they didn't want to pay a living wage. Customer Service job had nearly no training and the leads always had issues with how you do things. They were also making up rules on the fl that were not even legal or part of the companies protocol.
