Not What It Once Was - Operations Coordinator Sorenson Communications Employee Review

Gone downhill, poor management, poor communication, unbalanced treatment of employees depending on which department they're in. Sorenson was my absolute favorite job for my first 5 years of employment. The last 2.5 have been terrible though with layoff after layoffs, micromanagement starting in, and disrespectful management. I had no issues with any of these things for the first 5 years.
