Pros

good facilities like canteen food & cab facility.

Cons

Terrible culture, no leadership, and no strategy. Very poor and pathetic management. They don't know how to handle Technical support (TAC). They are expert in micromanagement & will make your life hell... You are loaded all the day and work load is too much !! You are treated as slaves. Don't expect any appreciation. Also, management is not aware of their own products and too many products to work upon and less number of TSE's. This will end up in frustration. Very high expectations from the TSE support engineers even though work load is huge. You are called / pinged every day to extend shift hours and they ask you whether you wish to work on weekends or not. The manpower is very less and workload is huge. Zero work life balance and you get end up doing shift for 10 to 11 hours daily instead of 9 hours (on paper). Management doesn't care of what problems employees are facing & no action upon that. They don't care at all. Management need to be changed and improved. Managers & higher Management is also very arrogant !
