Pros
- Many opportunities for internal job posting - Great colleagues, very friendly and family-like - Great top management. Not too strict on hierarchy, suggestions are always welcomed from anyone - Job is very dynamic but stable at the same time, there is a clear job responsibility and guidance from direct manager
Cons
- Salary & benefit is not too attractive (vs. other established brands) - Benefit between local hire & expatriates is very different - Lack of training facility
