Good for a starter, has a nice office. You can have interesting colleagues in a multicultural environment.
Cons
Too much depends on your team and leaders. Certain positions require way more work than others. Trainings could be better. Lots of unpayed overtime in sales. The salary you start with remains with you for years. (+ 2% yearly) Low bonus.
