Pros
Sony has been a good company to work for. The benefits are equal if not better thatn most companies and have good 401K and health insurance
Cons
Company is at a point that due to the industry of DVD/CD manufacturing, it has had to make cut- backs. It looks not at experience to so the cuts but some are being cut long years of service. In this way the company saves money.
