Pros

- Growing company with a mission statement that goes far beyond selling product - Fantastic group of people in both offices - People work together effectively - I love that there's no competing against each other or politics like you get in bigger companies - Decisions generally lead by data with solid reasoning - The leadership team is very supportive, listens to feedback, actions it and generally looks out for employees. All very approachable. - Promising outlook for the business over the next few years - Team offsite and regular socials, events, pints after work - Good benefits (health care, pension, 26 days holidays, paid paternity leave) - Good that the customers best interests are always kept in mind so substandard products wouldn't be sold

Cons

Lots & lots of competing priorities on a daily basis that people may find overwhelming. Definitely not a place for someone who isn't ready for a huge challenge, or someone that struggles with staying organised.

Pros

Great, super-friendly founders who genuinely really care about everyone. Regular socials and yearly offsite, plus activities like group gym classes and takeaway lunches. Colleagues are bright and positive - there's a real camaraderie that you only get at a fast growing start up/scale up. No one is against each other - it's a team effort. London office is beautiful with an amazing view of the river, a gym, and free snacks - plus lots of trips to the Dublin office which is in a lovely part of the city. LDN also in great location just 5 mins from Vauxhall station. Rewarded with annual bonus based on company and personal performance. They've just started implementing a shares scheme for people after a couple of years service. Makes you feel part of the project.

Cons

Still a young company so a lot of work at pace - you need to up for the challenge of growing something and take a lot of initiative. Big focus on delivering numbers as the company steps up. This isn't a con - just something to bear in mind. Quite a flat company structure although this is changing - company is still working out job levels so this is a developing thing. 26 days leave is only industry average (but they have started to implement schemes like working anywhere for 2 weeks of the year which is positive).

Pros

SONS is genuinely a fantastic place to work, with a strong and supportive culture that encourages collaboration and continuous learning. Everyone is approachable and willing to help, creating an environment where professional growth is actively supported rather than just encouraged. There is a friendly, inclusive atmosphere where ideas are welcomed and valued, regardless of role or seniority. Regular offsite events, team activities, and learn‑and‑lunch sessions further strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team connection, making it a motivating and enjoyable workplace.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but SONS is a fast‑paced environment, so you need to be comfortable adapting to change as needs evolve. This pace helps staff develop resilience, expand their skillsets, and grow professionally by working in a dynamic and ever‑changing setting.
