Pros

Nothing positive to review about this company.

Cons

I am leaving my review after spending years with this company. I don’t know where to begin with my personal feedback. For starters would I recommend this company/Tysons and Woodbridge location to future potential employees? No! I feel this company turnover rate has a lot to do with management. Management is not there to help and when you confide in management with any personal issues or concerns, it becomes the office gossip. There is no growth within the company. You work hard to be rewarded with food. The yearly raises are a joke, and you have to hunt down management to provide your yearly review. Don’t dare think to have a personal life while working with this company. You will work long hours! and at the end of every month even longer hours to hit goal. PTO is a joke! Unless you’re a practice manager or assistant practice manager who seems to have unlimited PTO! Whenever you want to use your PTO it is like pulling teeth to take time off. And absolutely no getting sick! They will use your PTO and hunt you down with text and calls on a return date to work instead of having you rest and get back to better health. I have witnessed different employees including myself come to work sick with different health problems from COVID, flu, viruses, you name it! Being told by patients we didn’t look too well and should be home resting. Risking other employees and patients getting sick knowing we were contagious, but management did not care. We’re told to wear a mask and gloves. The company was generous enough to give a December/holiday bonus every year until the CEO became President and CEO of the company and now all employees get is a “Thank You” video for being apart of the company, all your hard work, and enjoy your holiday. What a slap in the face from working hard all year, hitting outrageous goals every month. Making the company richer while we slave. Each area is assigned an area leader, and 48 area leader has no compassion or sympathy for any human being. She pretends to care about her employees, but she really doesn’t. The things I have encountered and experienced aren’t pleasant. I believe this is why many employees from this area have resigned or up and quit.

Pros

- great training from Ashley, who served as a mentor throughout my time at the company after training. - my manager after nesting, was very down to earth and understanding, unlike the manager above her

Cons

-higher-ups in this company are so out of touch with reality. It’s disgusting. - I was excelling in the chat/SMS department. I applied for a position to permanently take a chat/SMS. And I was denied even the opportunity for an interview because my call metrics we’re not up to their standards by a few percent. - all of my metrics, and my calls were screened under a watchful eye because of a prejudice against me. - I was told I was getting fired, so I applied for unemployment which the company had no problem with at first. A few months into me getting unemployment, the company rescinded their decision so now I owe my state thousands of dollars because it’s my word versus theirs.
