Overall Satisfaction - Teacher Assistant Sonnets Academy Employee Review

The curriculum is well thought out and appropriate for the age groups. We get more time outside to have real life learning opportunities for the children. The school continues to focus on being organized with clear expectations which is wonderful. The management team has always worked hard to get good benefits for their teachers and continue to do so. Lots of PTO and paid holidays. I personally love the support I get from the Education Coordinator and Curriculum Director to make my classroom and teaching team stronger.

I wish all teachers, at both locations, viewed our program as a school and stopped treating it like a daycare.

I have worked at Sonnets Academy for over a year and it has been one of the best experiences in working in a daycare. I enjoy working along my staff members and I get to do what I love which is to teach and create an engaging and nurturing environment for my students.

Through my experience in working at Sonnets Academy, I would say that there isn't any downsides when working here. The Director, Ms. Amber, is always very welcoming when it comes to any questions or concerns that you may have.
