Pros
-Great people to work with on the "staff" level
-Free Friday lunches
-Full medical coverage
-Co-workers become your family
-Lots of Happy Hours
-No dress code
-Bond over hatred of job and management
-Very amazing and human people (besides management)
Cons
-Lure entry-level employees in with "contract" (aka 40+hours a week) with promises of full-time employment. ALWAYS takes longer than 3-6 months. They will keep extending the contract to pay you less, keep the company under 50 employees, and promises of near future full-time work.
-HUGE pay gap between entry/mid-level and Directors and above.
-Top heavy (so many Sr. Directors with nobody under them)
-Low salaries
-Terrible management and structure
-Misuse of company funds especially by the CAO and CEO
-CEO and CAO play favorites
-Sexism is very prevalent in regards to hiring, salaries, and talk especially with the higher ups
-Will continue to be a high turnover rate for associate levels as they do most of the grunt work with 1/5 of the pay
-Cliques (especially HR + Finance)
-HR has zero empathy and will consistently gossip
-No on-boarding or new hire program(s)
-No softwares in place for goals, work progress, training, employee portals etc.
-No leniency for low level employees taking vacations, sick days, working less than 8-6
