The 3 "pros" I listed are perks that Sonic offers to entice people to work under terrible management and for very little pay.
There is ZERO accountability. You have co workers that work their tails off to pick up the slack of those who skate by. And not a soul is paid fairly. Or, treated like an actual responsible adult.
Most of management's work experience is solely Sonic, therefore they have no real leadership or work experience. They act very selfish and immature and as a result, so does most of the staff.
