The owner let you do whatever you want so you can create your own schedule and do whatever you want.
Cons
Everything if the grill goes down he buys cheap little flat top grills that don't even hit 450° so it doesn't even fall in health code standard when you give them two weeks notice of finding a new job they try to cut your hours immediately and get rid of you after you've already been there and then when you do leave they blame you for all the equipment breaking and failing when it's the owner not replacing this stuff in over 10 years. They shift blame on anybody that they can instead of taking accountability.
