-Great coworkers. -Caring local HR team.

-Unclear expectations. Role became confusing and stressful as they would want high-quality content, yet become frustrated if you did not rush your work. Would ask that you create copy that has proper grammar, structure, and would fit well in US culture, then demand confusing changes that cause sentences to become confusing, contain grammatical errors, or simply not make sense to a native English speaker—in order to try and combat these changes, you quite literally needed to engage in arguments to reflect your worries. -Felt as if online role posting did not properly reflect actual work. -Demanded the use of AI to create copy.
