I came to this company almost two years ago as a millennial who knew nothing about the electrical distribution industry. My experience at Sonepar USA has been extremely positive, as my coworkers have helped me develop my skills and learn as much as I can! Not only is there a large opportunity for growth at this company, but there is a huge emphasis on maintaining a positive and tight-knit culture.
Cons
The decentralized structure definitely takes some time to get used to, but once you understand the structure it is easier to manage.
