      Pros

      Workers in CLT outside of executive leadership are wonderful

      Cons

      CEO and his “right hand man”, the VP of corporate affairs are truly terrible leaders. They are narcissists and believe they can’t do wrong. They’ve taken a company with a great technology and ruined it. Employees have left in droves because of the awful culture they’ve created. They are incredibly sexist and no female will be successful at this company — not that it matters because the company isn’t successful either.

      I wish we had 401K matching, but we're a small company and fortunate to have all that we do.

      Pros

      Small company, You are able to create your own value, There is always lots to and a challenge to overcome. Pay, PTO and the number of holidays is better than my previous employers.

      Cons

      Health insurance expensive for a family, but very reasonable for employee only. No 401K, but able to purchase stock options.
