Enjoyed working with Solwin, Due to relocation, I have to left Solwin, but I am always looking forward to join Solwin if I will be in Surat. - Helpful staff and friendly seniors and employers. - working atmosphere is great. - Also they provide best opportunity to learn new things and enhance skills. Also company puts seniors to train Juniors, which is great thing. - They sponsor Tech-event visit for their employees, its good opportunity to grow.

- Nothing any pros.. .. ..

Cons

- Company owner taken interview as HR of company. Then again taken next technical round as a technical person. All round from the same person. - company don't trust on employee. - hire remote employee and not trust on remote team. - Not provided system to remote employee. And forcefully install there own tracking files in employee personal system. - If employee have any issues then they not provided salary of next month.
