Non-managment staff i.e factory staff are really humble and friendly. Cheap food in the canteen.

Lack of facilities for staff e.g lockers, PPE wear, parking. Ruthless and nasty HR team that joke about sacking people for genuine days off sick. Agency staff treated like absolute dirt, talked about like cattle by personnel Managers seem to be all talk with no action whatsoever Violence on site. Poor management and supervision resulting in fingers cut off in machines Very high staff turnover Low, low wages and even lower moral! No premium for FLT licence holders or nightshift workers People off with stress

Absolutely 0 - The worst company I have ever worked for

Solway foods do not care about their staff, ethically incorrect. I was informed that if I did not work 60+ hours per week including night shifts I would be out of a job...staff are treated like animals and management care about how much money they earn only.
