      Pros

      The external leadership team that was hired to lead the new company is willing to listen to feedback. Where possible, they are incorporating the best of what we've done for years while working to knock down the roadblocks that held us back in the past.

      Cons

      Spin-off is intense. There is a huge amount of work to detangle and setup the new company all while continuing to deliver every day for our patients.

      Position was work from home. I had great supervisors and there was zero micromanagement.

      Cons

      There was a lot of realignment of teams and I ended up with 3 different supervisors in less than a year.

      - Rampant nepotism in hiring across the leadership ladder - No leadership vision - Low sales rep confidence in leadership, especially medical - constant cost-cutting efforts leaving employees overwhelmed with remaining workload - Sweatshop culture / no recognition - terrible leadership development
