Executive leadership is an old boys club based on past relationships - leadership so far has been a lot of talk and very little action. It is a very chaotic environment with multiple leaders who have multiple agendas, tight timelines and unrealistic expectations - most that do not focus on the customer. Do not expect promotion opportunities - growth from within is not supported, leadership only wants to go outside for new hires.
