The job will greatly enhance your communication skills with people and force you out of your comfort zone. There is the opportunity sometimes to take occasional road trips for work.
Cons
I would have almost 12 hour days for the little money I was making. You're doing non-profit marketing so you have to talk to everyone no matter what and ask for donations. You have to drive to work and then you also have to drive to retail locations then back to the office everyday, spending a lot of gas. The interview process isn't question focused rather it is them telling you what to expect out of the job, but they do not go into specifics. The first day at your job is not what you expect since they gloss over it in the interview. The company has a very high turnover rate
