Good pay but not competitive with other sites in the area. Lowest pay on the scale for a EO/PO facility. Good 401k 9% match.
Cons
Management brings moral and motivation down to its lowest. From what I read. Someone has spoken more on the issues. OT is a huge issue for this site. None is given when coverage is needed. They want to run two reactors and shipping out at a fast pace with no help in the field. Operators are getting tired and exhausted. Management wants to question every move from operations without giving a proper break. Rushing is a big problem. They push for little to no help per shift. Rail moves always leave one or two operators to run the whole site. They are asking for someone to get hurt. Bring this to their attention and it’s operations problem. I can go on and on. A previous review says it all.
