Pros

Brilliant company that really looks after their staff. I’ve never experienced a company that looks after their employees in the way that Solutions do, it’s incredibly refreshing. There are great training and progression opportunities for anyone with the right work ethic and drive.

Cons

I don’t have any, it’s a fantastic company.

- Remote-first working culture with regional hubs available when needed - Diverse workforce across gender, age, and ethnicity - Strong representation of women in technical and development roles - Knowledgeable support and engineering teams - Consistent year-on-year growth with a clear 3-year strategic direction - Generally friendly and approachable colleagues across the business

Cons

- Onboarding for new starters is underdeveloped and inconsistent - Limited focus on enablement, both in product training and in supporting sales success - Internal processes are often unclear and insufficiently documented - Product knowledge is siloed, making success overly dependent on informal networks - Low engagement from management outside of monthly sales meetings - Supplier incentives earned by employees are not passed through, with limited transparency on redistribution

Building an inclusive culture with strong collaboration across the business is really important to us, so it’s good to see that reflected in your experience. We also appreciate the honest feedback on where we can improve. Things like onboarding, enablement, and making processes clearer are all areas we know we need to keep working on as we grow. We’re actively putting more structure and support in place to make day-to-day working easier and more consistent.
