It’s great to hear you enjoyed the remote-first setup and found the team friendly, supportive, and diverse. Building an inclusive culture with strong collaboration across the business is really important to us, so it’s good to see that reflected in your experience.
We also appreciate the honest feedback on where we can improve. Things like onboarding, enablement, and making processes clearer are all areas we know we need to keep working on as we grow. We’re actively putting more structure and support in place to make day-to-day working easier and more consistent.
We always encourage open feedback while people are with us, as it gives us the best chance to act on it in the moment – but it’s equally helpful to hear these reflections now, and we’re taking them on board.
