The Management of this Company is very poor.

Both the founder and President of the company really care about their clients and their staff. This shows in everything they do. While we are expected to work hard, we always know that our work is appreciated. Very stable team with very little turnover.

Deadlines can sometimes be stressful - but just a necessary part of the job.
