Pros
Having joined this company during the infancy period, I have witnessed the massive changes through turbulent market conditions and we are the winners! The structure of the company is an open door family feel to it and staff are not "micro-managed" in any way, we are all working toward the same goals! After over 10 years I still wake up thinking I am looking forward to coming into work! Support is available for everyone, no need to feel you are stuck or alone at any time!
Cons
Can be a high powered environment at times but only adds to the excitement of another day that speeds by so quickly! Can't think of any downsides to this marvellous company!
