Pros
young office, nice colleagues, good kitchen
Cons
i was totally lied to in the interview. i was told i wouldn't be cold calling. i was also told on the phone i was to be doing inbound calls only. on my second day of training the trainer said we were all doing outbound and it was "warm leads" which is essentially COLD CALLING. you're selling insurance to old people. the calls are all monitored and if you get anything wrong, E.g. the order your script is in, then you lose your commission even if you make a sale. they tell you in your interview that all weekend work is paid in cash. its paid into your bank via transfer but only if you make 2 sales. you also have to work one Saturday per month as part of your contract. I started on the Monday and left on the Thursday and when i enquired how and when id be getting paid i was told if i left before 2 weeks, i wouldn't receive my wage for 3 months. and they also didn't take any of my banking details and as i left after a week, i haven't had any of the 5 days worth of work i did. the reason they pay so well is that they cant keep any staff. 7 people left my campaign on one day because it was so awful. you'll thank me later
