      Pros

      I have seen alot of change since I have been with the company. I know most of it is going to benefit us if people will just give it time. I think the company really cares for it's employees. I have never worked for a company that gives it's employees so many benefits. The bonuses we recently got were so great. The many programs that are being offered to the employees on site are fantastic. I love working for a company that is growing and looking to the future.

      Cons

      I wish employees could get more training on their jobs. I feel you don't have enough training and you are put on the job to soon.

      Pros

      The work schedule is very accommodating for young working families. Solutia also provides doors for people that want to pursue next level business opportunities for the future. Solutia is a very solid company to work for in today's job market.

      Cons

      The number one downside at my Solutia job site is that there are to many management - employee blood relationships, which causes management to make counter productive and unequal business decisions based on feelings rather than facts. This at many times creates an unsafe and hostile atmosphere on the job site between employees and some members of management.
