Misleading, No Work-Life Balance - Sales Representative Solstice Consulting Group Employee Review

It's a basic MLM so you can tell what they expect of you. They expect you to work long hours and start doing great from the get go (hustle culture). For a lot of the people there, I get the feeling that their work is their life. It's not consulting, it's sales. A lot of their marketing is misleading.
