I'm glad that you were able to gain some experience and feel like you grew personally. That is our #1 goal. I also appreciate that you recognize the potential for long term success and our supportive approach. With that said, we know the role is not right for everyone and we're sorry you were not able to find success. Any group of people that have similar visions and thought processes can misinterpreted to be "cult-like" when it can be better described as like-minded people who have a place to be excited about learning how to gain the business skills they need. All sales roles have high turnover rates in the first month since you find out quick if you have what it takes, people don't spend time doing something they aren't good at or don't want to learn when they don't get paid for their time but for their results. We also have much lower turn over after someone puts in the work and becomes successful since they see how valuable the skills are. Take Care

Pros

Working at Solstice can and will change you. Get ready for it. Coming in, everyone is on the same playing field. They understand people learn differently so they adapt to your needs. You quickly learn the skills you need for both public speaking and presenting to clients. From day one they teach how to manage yourself, and your time. Once that has been mastered they teach you how to manage others as they bring you to a leadership level where you become a mentor and resource. You can expect to learn how to interview potential candidates, and build a team of your own people who you get the opportunity to train and develop hands on. You can also expect all of this to happen faster than you ever thought possible, if you are hard working, have a great student mentality, and a solid work ethic. Also, a positive attitude is a must!

Cons

The days can be long, which can take some getting used to at first.
