8yI'm glad that you were able to gain some experience and feel like you grew personally. That is our #1 goal. I also appreciate that you recognize the potential for long term success and our supportive approach. With that said, we know the role is not right for everyone and we're sorry you were not able to find success.
Any group of people that have similar visions and thought processes can misinterpreted to be "cult-like" when it can be better described as like-minded people who have a place to be excited about learning how to gain the business skills they need.
All sales roles have high turnover rates in the first month since you find out quick if you have what it takes, people don't spend time doing something they aren't good at or don't want to learn when they don't get paid for their time but for their results. We also have much lower turn over after someone puts in the work and becomes successful since they see how valuable the skills are.
