Company's going nowhere - Anonymous employee SoloLearn Employee Review

Sad to see how a good product with a good community is getting ruined by incompetent and immature product people and managers. The leadership has no respect for any kind of employee, there's no proper onboarding and offboarding. Doesn't matter if you're an old employee or a new one, you'll be treated awfully since the main priority of the company is money. No logic behind how and who's getting promoted or hired, it's just a matter of how much the leadership likes you. If it wasn't for the economic situation, many people would've left already.
