Great work environment, lots of benefits (food, gym, teeth whitening, therapy, discounted car cleaning, life coaching, etc). I've loved all my supervisors and coworkers I've had so far.

I can't think of any.

Amazing teammates and management that will go out of their way to assist you in learning and advancing your career.

No real downsides other than that it can be monotonous.
