Can view it as a pro or con, but CEO forces sales tactics on you (which do definitely work) however your set of skills are rarely brought forward and combined into sales. You essentially have to strip who you are and embody the "Salesman" persona until you eventually become that from simply being in that mindset for so long. This is something that is enforced daily, but that is up to the individual whether they want to participate in that or not.
