Pros
Work experience anyway Pays the bills
Cons
• Completely unprofessional with no culture which will serve as a toxic environment for you • No structure no training although firm tries to market it as flat organisation • The lazy ones go on to become managers, partly because of how unmarketable they are in the external job market • Not many opportunities after here since better companies view Solidiance as a joke which is not a real consulting company • Some of the employees are consistently drunk and unprofessional on the job • Not enough talented co-workers to learn from. In fact talented ones leave very fast • Seriously questionable business ethics • Owners and business development directors seem to only want to make more money till the bitter end • Leadership has limited world experience working for successful world class companies • No work/life balance for some but too much holiday for others
